Venu at Grayhawk was originally built as apartments in 2000 by Towne. All 388 units
were later converted into condominiums. It boasts resort style living by offering amenities

20 seat theatre, wine lounge, news stand and cafe, electronic play room with X-box, Playstation
and GameCube. It also has a heated community pool and spa with outdoor lounge and patio spaces.
